Here is a new ad that I made, trying to capture the aged, historic look of old Italian books, dated design and a “petina” look. I started this look for a brochure design, and brought it over into an ad.

These are photos from a photo shoot that I had on Monday. We let a bunch of kids loose on the enw Fun Zone water park. They had a great time and I got asome great images. Next time, i will bring my swimsuit though.

Here are a couple new images that I took last week. This is the Tuscany Residential Village recreation center, called La Vita Tuscana. This building is set to open in about a month and has everything you could ever want in a rec center. I wish I had one in my back yard.

Here is an ad that ran at the end of 2006. This was a lifestyle ad featuring the Tuscany Masterplan. This ad ran in several magazines, including VEGAS and Home&Design.

Our newest family member just moved in on Monday. Meet Charles, our new Beagle that we rescued from the animal shelter. He is about 8 months old, and is definitely a puppy.

This is a new proposed community at Rhodes Ranch in Las Vegas. The idea was to have a modern look for a sophiticated buyer, while embracing some of the beauty of homes built on a golf course.

Here is an X-it Condominiums ad I created back in February. We were looking to advertise to a younger twenty something demographic. Since homebuilders focus their efforts towards older and middle aged people, this was a departure from their regular marketing materials. This ad had several versions running in Las Vegas as well as California and USA Today.
