Well, we’re back from vacation, and we could not be any less happy. We had such a great time, I guess we wished it would never end. We met some great people and are thankful for such a great experience. I will be posting a gallery in the coming days, I just have to sort throught the 300+ images I took and narrow it down to a manageable amount.

Cabo. Did someone say Cabo? Cabo San Lucas! This is by far our favorite stop. Even though we didn’t spend as much time here, we really enjoyed the small city. Tons of water sports are everywhere, we got off the boat and immediately went paragliding. We then hit up a water taxi to a beach restaurant where we had some beers and played in the ocean. It was an awesome day!

Mazatlan was our next stop, we did the typical tourist stuff here, visited a lot of interesting places in the city, saw an amazing show with traditional dancing and acrobats, bought whatever souvenirs we were going to take home with us, and basically enjoyed some Mexican culture. This was probably the most interesting stop so far, we won’t miss the amazing amounts of salesmen in this town, but we will miss the charm.

Puerto Vallarta day, we had an outdoor excursion that was super fun. We went snorkeling at a remote island, saw lots of fish and swam through a sea cave into a hidden beach, very nice. We then went to another private beach and relaxed for an hour before heading back to the city. We ran around the city for just an hour or two before we had to leave again.

Another day at sea, we spent some time by the pool, had a few drinks, checked out the rest of the ship and basically relaxed. Tonight was formal night, we got dressed up, had a great dinner, and stayed out pretty late at the “Skywalker” lounge and had a great time!

We departed on our trip yesterday and everything has gone super smooth so far. We drove from Vegas down to Long Beach in just a few hours. It was a great day all around, perfectly sunny, not to hot. We got on the ship and immediately unpacked and took the grand tour. This ship is HUGE. We’re on the Diamond Princess, this thing has everything you need, and plenty of space to avoid people if you want. There are 2600 people on this boat, but there is always someplace to hide at and relax. We had a great dinner last night, we’ve already met a bunch of fun people, and we have already done what we came to do on vacation, drink a lot and lay out in the sun for hours. You have no idea how great it is not to have my phone, wallet or keys in my pocket. We have another day at sea before we reach Puerto Vallarta. Should have another update tomorrow! Adios!

I have a side project going on that is drawing some attention. Ever wonder what happens when you buy a VERY expensive car and it doesn’t exactly work properly? What about when the dealer and manufacturer refuse to do anything about it? This client bought this car as a gift for his wife, and it has been a headache ever since.

Well, Buddy is now gone to his own little vacation while we get ready for ours. Lisa and I depart first thing in the morning to catch our cruise ship. Check back for updates from the trip. woop!

Time to get busy. I dug this image from the archive, taken over a year ago, little Roma had no idea what was going on, and Noel sent the ransom in less than 24 hours
